Delete your account

You can delete your MCQGeeks account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

  1. Open the MCQGeeks app and go to the Me tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm when asked. Your account is removed immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@mcqgeeks.com from the address on your account, or tell us your username. We remove the account within 30 days of confirming the request is genuine.

What is deleted

Deleted immediately Your account record — username, email address, name and password — and your full attempt history (every quiz result stored against you).
Kept Anonymous, aggregated answer counts. When anyone answers a question we increment a per-question tally used to show “x% of people chose this”. Those counters carry no account reference and cannot be traced back to you, so there is nothing personal in them to remove.

Editor and administrator accounts cannot be deleted from the app, because site content is credited to them. Email us and we will handle it manually.
